Description
Doors are produced to standard opening sizes and stocked by JWS to meet
quick need requirements. In addition to paint grade, JWS stocks veneer finished doors
including Red Oak, Birch, White Maple, Cherry, Mahogany and Walnut. (*All doors subject to
prior sale)A. Top Rail -
Single piece of solid wood or laminated MDF (mill option) (28.5mm) min. before trimming
bonded to core.
B. Edges - Single piece hardwood minimum
(22mm) before trimming, laminated to stile.
C. Core - Solid mat formed particle board,
28lb/ (449kg/ ).
D. Stiles - (28.5mm) [minimum thickness]
solid wood or MDF subtile bonded to core.
E. Cross Band (4.2mm) hardwood veneer, where
required.
F. Face - Any commercially available high
pressure plastic laminate, "backer sheet", or Hardboard for paint finish, wood
veneer.
G. Bottom Rail - Full height (27117.8mm)
doors are manufactured with an extra wide laminated wood bottom rail to permit trimming to
require height. ([2133.6mm] doors do not have this feature.) |

Description
Stile and Rail doors or Panel doors are built to give the door appearance
a distinctive look. As the panels in the door can be flat or raised, they can be made to
almost any shape and size and thereby offer an endless variety of door possibilities.
Doors can be ordered from designs available from JWS or custom made.Typical Sizes

Designed to contain X-Rays and sound within specific areas. Used in
Laboratories, Hospitals, Offices and areas where X-Ray Technology is present and sound
containment is needed.A. Stiles

B. Core - Medium density fiberboard (MDF) or
particle core, each side of virgin sheet lead. [Thickness of lead specified (0.4mm) to
(3.175mm)]
C. Lead Shield - Virgin Sheet Lead (0.4mm)
[1lb/SQFT] to (3.175mm)[8 lb/SQFT].
D. Face - Plastic laminate, wood veneer or
